Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
NOTE: Currently we are responding to tickets within 24 hours (Monday through Friday 9-5), but some tickets are answered within one hour. NOTE: Unless you have a support contract, or are currently in a production grace period, we will bill you for our work at our standard hourly rate (1/2 hour minimum).
If you are LOCKED OUT of your website and http://sitecats.com is also unavailable to you, please send us your IP address immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out a ticket. We will be able to unlock your IP ban and whitelist your IP. Your IP address (numbers separated by periods) is listed below in TEAL.
