In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

NOTE: Unless you have a support contract, or are currently in a 30 day production grace period, we will bill you for our work at our standard hourly rate (1/2 hour minimum).

Support Prices (hourly)support packages
  • General - $110 (A response within 24 hours, M-F, 9-5, ½ hour minimum charge)
  • Urgent - $125 (For immediate attention M-F, 9-5, 1 hour minimum charge)
  • 10 Hours Block of Time (at $100 per hour)
  • 20 Hours Block of Time (at $95 per hour)
Please prepay at http://billing.sitecats.com. Use your phone number as the invoice number, and a proper invoice number and receipt will be emailed to you.

If you are LOCKED OUT of your website please fill out a ticket. We will be able to unlock your IP ban and whitelist your IP free of charge. Your IP address is recorded in every ticket automatically.

If you don't have a maintenace package, consider purchasing one.  
Pricing is: $85/month prepaid for 12 months ($1020); $110/month prepaid for 6 months ($660); $125/month prepaid for 3 months ($375)
Each month you'll receive a full report including:
60 minutes of standard support ticket service.
Health check - we check for any broken links, test your contact forms and all other interactive elements.
Configuration integrity – we ensure that the original design layout, flow and site elegance is maintained.
